Tuna Noodle Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package egg noodles
  • 1 cup cubed cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup nonfat sour cream
  • 1 can peas (no salt added)
  • 1 can cream mushroom soup (low-fat)
  • 1 can cream of celery (low-fat)
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 2 3oz cans tuna, drained
  • 15-20 ritz crackers, crumbled
  • Optional: 1 tsp ground ginger, dash cayenne pepper, 1 tsp parsley flakes, 1 tsp oregano
1. Boil egg noodles for 8-10 mins, or until al dente. Set aside.
2. Mix together cheese, sour cream, peas, cream of mushroom and celery, milk and tuna (optional ingredients, if adding).
3. Add noodles and mix together thoroughly. 
4. Sprinkle ritz crackle crumbles on top.
5. Heat at 375 degrees for 25-30 mins, or until bubbly. 
6. Serve and enjoy!
